Principal Partner- Venture Capital Group
Andrew has had the entrepreneurial bug since an early age, exploring and leveraging markets since middle school. With a background in Economics and Management he has helped firms grow and expand in many different industries over the years. He's a numbers man, and enjoys analyzing situations and companies focusing on future projections and risk reduction. He is a fierce negotiator, tactically competent while also seeks to make sure all parties get what they need out of a deal. His absolute favorite part of the job is pursuing and closing the deal. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors, traveling or participating in any sort of adventure. One of these days he is going to get a dog.
Brad has played an essential role since the founding of our company in 2005. Currently he leads our Washington D.C. outpost. He comes from a very business minded family and was raised to be an entrepreneur. With a background in Management and a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Emory & Henry, Brads specialty is helping businesses and nonprofits with all strategic planning needs. He is detail oriented and very driven to help his clients succeed. Brad enjoys delivering clients and investors what they need, and loves to help on unique projects. Brad is a professional level tennis player, he can be found watching NASCAR or Virginia Tech Football on his rare off weekend

William B. Jones
Known to most as Adie, we know him as having one of the most concise political minds in the business. It could be dealings with a local, state or federal government agency or individual, Adie has you covered. Adies background is in Political Science and Management and he also is a superb negotiator and is instrumental in our business intelligence operations.
Based in Bristol, Adie enjoys outdoor pursuits and spending time with his family and young son. He is also a lifelong Tennessee Volunteers fan.
